Due to the nature of our handcrafted, herbal products, all sales are final to ensure the purity and integrity of every item.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, we’ll make it right.
💌 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong product, please email us at support@3iveApothecary.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging.
We’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit.
🔁 Exchanges or Refunds
Because our products are handmade in small batches with natural ingredients, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.
