To qualify for a return, jewelry items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally purchased. Items should be unworn, undamaged, and returned with any original packaging when applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund or exchange. If the item is determined to be in less than acceptable condition—including signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling—the return will be denied. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to the original purchaser.
